SMS & Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
SnapUp Partners (“Snap Up,” “we,” “us”) operates the Snap Up consignment furniture marketplace. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices — including for our SMS text messaging program.
Information we collect
When you submit an item to sell, buy an item, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, item details and photos, and pickup or location information needed to complete a sale.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the marketplace: to list items, process payments, and coordinate pickup between buyers and sellers. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS text messaging program
If you opt in, Snap Up will send you SMS text messages to coordinate item pickup between the buyer and seller after a sale.
- Program name: Snap Up (SnapUp Partners)
- Message type: Transactional and informational only — pickup coordination. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
- Message frequency: Varies, typically 1–10 messages per pickup.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent is not required to buy or sell with Snap Up — phone or email coordination works just as well.
How we share information
We share the minimum information necessary with service providers that help us operate, such as Twilio (which delivers our text messages) and our payment processor. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal data follow the standard sharing terms in this policy.
Your choices
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
